You may have already heard, but in the last couple of years we have branched out to re-establish and build our Netball program.

 

In 2023 we fielded a team in Orange Netball Association's social mid-week competition before building on their success to field two

teams in the Senior Compeitions, in Divisions Three and Four.

 

Those two sides punched well above their weight, competing with and often beating out teams with far more experienced players

but more importantly a lot more time together on the court to develop partnerships.

 

This year, in 2025, we will field five teams across ONA's Senior Competitions, with the longer-term goal of continuing to build this

program and potentially branch out into more sporting codes too.

 

Being a Member of Emus doesn't just mean supporting our Rugby programs. Everyone involved in our Netball program is also a

Member, and we encourage our entire membership base to also throw their support behind our netballers.
